Really good fun, and the hot chocolate that was included was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had! We went straight in, and didn't stop until the end of the session - we did a lot of icing, and took a full set of iced biscuits home in one of the iconic Biscuiteers tins.

The icing itself was fun but there are several criticisms, particularly with regard to the venue. This event was overpriced. The icing was already made in advance and half of the challenge of icing at home is knowing what consistency to make the icing. There was no takeaway leaflet with how to make the icing, either (just buy our book). The drinks were terrible (I don't think anyone drank their drink - they were cold, too weak and there was no milk for the tea). The table was too small to drink and ice successfully. Worse of all was that the venue only has one WC/sink so there was no food hygiene - no washing of hands before you started as there were too many of us to all manage a trip to the loo to wash our hands. Similarly at the end when everyone wanted to use the loo before leaving, it was impossible. At minimum an additional sink, not in the WC would be a valuable addition to this venue.
